No doubt, women have persistently played their constructive and pragmatic role in the myriad of arenas since the genesis of the world. They have become a tower of strength against predicaments and stumbling blocks throughout the history. Likewise, women have turned out to be the equal fraction of society with her herculean will, perseverance and indomitable courage. If we leaf through the pages of contemporary affairs, we will be flabbergasted that 2019 is brimful with impeccable female personalities who have demonstrated their firmness to transform this world.
One of the ideal examples is Angela Markel, a German lawmaker currently serving as Chancellor of Germany. She played a productive role in the management of the monetary crisis at the European and International level. Moreover, she has been referred as notable decision maker of internal policy, rehabilitation framework, current migrant crisis and matters pertaining to sustainable energy.
Moreover, another striking personality is Melinda Gates, who is an American humanitarian and erstwhile the general manager at Microsoft. She has been consistently ranked as most influential women by Forbes Magazine. Her charity based organization “Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation” has been striving for formulating the efficacious strategies for prevention of fatal ailments such as HIV/AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis. On the other hand, Melinda remained dedicated to revamp the education system in the United States. In May 2019, Thunberg was featured on the cover page of prominent “The Times magazine” which named her a “next generation leader”. Apart from this, mass media evaluated her impact on the world stage as the “Greta Thunberg effect”.
To conclude, 2019 is absolutely the era of women who have tremendous potential to reach the zenith of triumph in every field. They have proved to be the indication of sustainable development and enduring peace. So, we should keep our fingers crossed for the better prospects for the women. Because, optimism can revolutionize the world with its power.
